Where do I begin telling you about this session?
First of all, can we just talk about that first picture? "Love" ... I am so happy with how it turned out and am super happy that she was a trooper and got down in the dirt for this photo to happen. I've never been prego, but let me just tell you, it didn't exactly look cozy.
Now, let's see.
It seems appropriate to fill you guys in on the history I have with this sweet, wonderful couple.
I met Mallory and her husband many years ago (because I'm so old) when they were just dating. I did a fun little photo shoot with them down by the Flint River.
Fast forward a few years and Mallory and I ended up in a small group together at the church we attended.
Being in a small group with someone, you learn so much and you grow together as a group in ways you can not do elsewhere. That is why this session was especially important to me and I was thrilled to be asked to document her precious mommy-to-be belly.
And of course, we HAD to do a few playful ones as well!
Editing these are just as fun as the shoot was! How cute is the bow around her belly with the note attached, "Do not open until March 27, 2014"? I can't wait to meet their sweet blessing that will be here in a few short weeks! She is going to be beautiful! Thanks for checking out the pictures, y'all! Comments are welcomed!
