Giddy, anxious, excited to begin the day, Lisa awoke at 4 am the day she would marry Jason. She decided to arrive at her venue early in the morning to have some time alone to process her emotions and enjoy. Before anything else began, she wanted time to pray. She walked down the aisle, taking in the beauty of the moment, listening to the moving silence. Moved to tears by her sheer happiness, she sat down in front of the altar remembering what it felt like to be a young girl and young woman, imagining this day. Her day was finally here. And Jason, her groom, was the prince she'd always dreamed of.
Lisa helping her favorite little guy get dressed for the day...
While Lisa got the final touches on her beautification, I spent some time with Jason and the groomsmen...
Colt decided to join us for a minute or two...
Once Lisa was completely ready, videographer Todd Urick and I snuck her away to make use of the lovely landscape.
Lisa made for a most stunning bride!
Two bridesmaids, both equally adore Lisa to no end! These three were quite entertaining. ;)
And of course we had to capture a few moments of the bride with the groomsmen!
It was time for the ceremony to begin... The sun was setting PERFECTLY!
The set up of their ceremony was in circular form which made a beautiful and inviting setting for their wedding...
The music began playing and everything was set in motion...
A few words of meaningful prayer before the guests returned to their seats...
The bride and groom had such googly eyes for one another during the entire ceremony.
Guests filled the rows of seats, each one there to show their support for this union of love!
The bride and groom wrote heartfelt vows and read them to one other before they said "I do."
...and sealed the vows with a pinky promise. Something the two of them have been doing for years. Cute, right?!
And of course, sealing the ceremony with a kiss!
How sweet it is to be circled by the ones who love you most!
Right after the ceremony, we escaped for a moment to bask in the sunset and all of it's glory...
And how sweet it was...
While we were enjoying our golden hour, guests enjoyed drinks and toasty fires.
And then it was time for dancing...
...followed by the groom giving his bride and their guests a few laughs.
Her ring is to DIE FOR!!!!
Before the celebration ended, we slipped away to get in some hangout time with Colt...
A very big thank you to the amazing team who brought this day to life...
